Josephine Kohler Youth enrichment & learning Center

The Josephine Kohler Day Care Center is licensed to serve over 108 youngsters; 18 months to 5 year olds in a full day program and youngsters 6 to 12 year olds for half day programming during the school year.

In addition to receiving academic enrichment, preparation for school through ELI, day care youngsters enjoy music appreciation classes through the agency’s Sutphen School of Music. Talented students are encouraged to take private lessons.

We accept Vouchers and Private Pay.

21st Century Program
This program supports the creation of community learning centers that provide academic enrichment opportunities during non-school hours for children, particularly students who attend high-poverty and low-performing schools. The program helps students meet state and local student standards in core academic subjects, such as reading and math; offers students a broad array of enrichment activities that can complement their regular academic programs; and offers literacy and other educational services to the families of participating children.
